Sellers

Once you have given your details this information will be stored off-line and an invoice and statement will be sent. On receipt of payment adds will go on-line within 24 hours. It is the sellers responsibility to check there listing and notify timeshare resale if there are any errors. Advertisements will be kept on-line for 90 days. Timeshare resale will not be involved in the transaction of selling the timeshare, it is supplying a listing only. The listing will be removed if there is cancelation of payment. It is the responsibility of the seller to notify Timeshare resale that the listing is no longer required. The cost for listing your timeshare is $54AUD including GST

Buyers

Your contact is with the seller and Timeshare resale will not get involved with the decision of price, or any of the transaction or any disputes arising out of the transaction. Timeshare Resale is providing a listing service only.
